Online ITIN Application
Apply for your ITIN from anywhere in the world
Complete IRS Form W-7 through our guided online application, upload your documents securely, and have them verified by a Certifying Acceptance Agent — so your passport is never sent to the IRS.
-
1
Complete the online application
Six short steps covering everything Form W-7 asks for. Your answers save as you go, so you can stop and come back. Roughly fifteen minutes.
-
2
We verify your documents as a CAA
Upload clear images or scans, then get the originals to Mr. Bryan Woods — in the Sanford office, or by courier from anywhere in the world. IRS ITIN statute and procedure require a CAA to touch and hold your passport to confirm it is valid, so we inspect it, photocopy it and send it straight back to you. The IRS receives our certified copy — never your passport.
-
3
We file, and you can follow it
Your certified Form W-7 package goes to the IRS ITIN Operation with any return that has to accompany it. You get a reference number and can check where your file stands at any time.
Free to start and no payment up front. We confirm your fixed fee in writing before any work begins.
Your passport never goes to the IRS
As an IRS Certifying Acceptance Agent, and in alignment with IRS statute, we provide the IRS with a certified copy of your passport rather than the passport itself. IRS ITIN statute and procedure do require us to touch and hold the original to confirm it is valid: we inspect it, photocopy it and return it to you immediately by Federal Express, DHL, USPS Priority or Express Mail.
That is one to two days without your passport, in place of mailing it to the IRS, which can take six months or more and where its care, custody and control can be jeopardised. Not with us.
What we handle
- New ITIN applications
- Renewals of expired numbers
- Spouses and dependents
- Corrections to existing records
- Form W-7 filed with your return

A Clear, Predictable Process
How Working With Us Works
No guesswork and no surprises. Every engagement follows the same four steps, whether you are down the road in Sanford or on the other side of the world.
-
1
Free initial consultation
Tell us what you need in a call or a message. We confirm whether an ITIN, Apostille, notarization or a full tax engagement is the right route — before any commitment.
-
2
Secure document exchange
You receive an invitation to our encrypted client portal with a precise checklist. Passports and identification never travel by ordinary email.
-
3
Certification & preparation
As a Certifying Acceptance Agent we touch and hold your original passport to confirm it is valid — in our office, or couriered to us and straight back to you within one to two days — then prepare and review the filing line by line.
-
4
Filing & follow-through
We submit, track and keep you updated to completion — and stay reachable afterwards for the questions that inevitably follow.
Not sure which service you need?
That is exactly what the first conversation is for. Describe your situation and we will tell you the shortest correct path — even if it turns out you do not need us.
Fees
Professional fees from $99
An ITIN renewal starts at $99. The rest we quote individually, because the work genuinely differs from one file to the next. Applying online costs nothing, and you only pay once we have confirmed your exact fee in writing.
ITIN renewal
from $99
Your ITIN expired or was never used. Same certification, less paperwork.
New ITIN application
TBD
Quoted for your file
Form W-7 prepared, your documents certified by a CAA so your passport comes back to you in one to two days instead of going to the IRS, and the package filed and tracked.
Each additional family member
TBD
Quoted for your file
Spouse and dependants applying at the same time, filed together with yours.
ITIN with your tax return
TBD
Quoted for your file
Most ITIN applications must be attached to a federal return. We prepare both and file them as one package.
TBD means we price that work for your file rather than from a list — the number of applicants, which Form W-7 reason applies and whether a tax return is prepared alongside all change it. Tell us your situation and you will have the figure in writing, with no obligation to go ahead.
Quoted in writing. You see the exact figure before any work starts.
Paid securely. Card payments are handled by Stripe; card numbers never reach us.
No government fee. The IRS charges nothing for an ITIN. Our fee is for our professional work.
